Dwayne received his foundational educational training by graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS, North Carolina Central University, School of Law with a JD and other certifications and achievements from various organizations. Dwayne has delivered leadership training for the Defense Logistics Agency/DOD, Starbucks, Bank of America, The Federal Reserve Bank, City of Richmond, Georgetown University and others.
